WHAT IS A ROXI ?

The RoXiva rX1 uses 16 white & warm LED lights that flicker in sequences aligned with natural brainwave rhythms and frequencies.

Combined with sound frequency and sometimes body vibration, this provides a intensely immersive experience and encourages the brain to "entrain"—which means to synchronize—to the rhythms and frequencies chosen relative to your intent, eg. release depression, anxiety, bring calm, relaxation, expansion and or inspiration.

Depending on the program and or process chosen, it can guide you into states like delta (sleep or calm), theta (relaxation or dreamlike), or gamma (deepened & expansive awareness) just to name a few. Because it’s non-invasive, you stay in control—you can simply allow the light, frequency and experience to support and guide you, or stop when you wish.

Often referred to as a hypnagogic light machine or audio-visual brainwave entrainment device. The many programs provided within the Roxiva are expertly crafted with extensive knowledge. To experience this light and sound therapy is simple. The experience begins either sitting or lying down, as harmonised light and sound pass through closed eyelids and auditory pathways with headphones rhythmically stimulate the senses.

This stimulation can trigger natural phenomena in the brain, including synchronisation with the frequency of the external stimulus—a process known as audio-visual brainwave entrainment (AVE).
